This platform operates strictly as an informational directory and aggregator of third-party links. We do not host, distribute, sell, or process payments for any artificial intelligence (AI) agents, software, configuration files, prompts, or code. We are not the Merchant of Record for any agent listed on the directory. All directory listings, including Featured placements and Premium ad-free placements, are informational and constitute advertising of third-party offerings. They are not product offers by us.

The platform stores zero executable code, zero configuration files, zero prompts, and zero binaries belonging to listed agents. We host only:

• the text title, tagline, descriptions, and category metadata that the creator submitted;
• optional creator-supplied imagery and a third-party-hosted explainer video URL; and
• outbound hyperlinks to creator-controlled domains or repositories.

All download buttons resolve to creator-controlled URLs. The actual binary, installer, package, or model lives outside the directory's infrastructure.

The platform performs no financial transactions on behalf of any creator for the sale, subscription, licensing, or use of a listed agent. Any purchase, recurring subscription, refund, chargeback, or related billing relationship exists exclusively between the user and the creator on the creator's own website. Koko receives no portion of those transactions and has no privity of contract regarding the underlying software.

Koko's revenue is derived exclusively from the sale of digital real estate on the directory itself: flat-fee Featured listings and an optional ad-free Premium tier. This income is advertising consideration, not income from the distribution of software. Inclusion of a listing — including paid placements — does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or certification of safety, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

We do not audit, review, test, or verify the safety, security, functionality, legality, or accuracy of any third-party code, software, AI agent, prompt, configuration file, or service listed on this platform. We exercise no editorial control over the operational behaviour of any third-party agent.

The download, deployment, and execution of any AI agent or software discovered through this platform is done entirely at the operator's sole risk. Autonomous AI agents have the capacity to interact with local file systems, financial gateways, external APIs, identity systems, and the operator's contacts. By clicking external links and deploying third-party code, the operator assumes full responsibility for all resulting consequences, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorised access, contract breach, regulatory exposure, financial loss, reputational harm, or violations of third-party terms of service. Koko strongly recommends that all such execution occur within a sovereign, local-first sandboxed environment that the operator owns and fully controls.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this platform, its owner Fjord LLC, and its operators, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or severe damages resulting from the use of third-party software discovered via the directory. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, data breach, system destruction, unauthorised access, malware infection, regulatory exposure, or violations of third-party terms of service caused by the execution of autonomous agents.

Any purchase, download, agreement, support request, or warranty relationship is strictly between the user and the third-party creator. We provide no refunds, no support, and no warranties for third-party products, and we are not a customer-support intermediary between users and creators.

By completely removing file distribution and transactional brokering, Koko operates as a publisher of third-party information. We rely on the protections available to publishers and intermediary services under applicable law, including (where applicable) Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act. Nothing in this disclaimer waives any of those protections.

Operators who run any agent discovered via the directory bear sole and complete responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, third-party terms of service, and ethical standards governing their use of that agent. The directory makes no representation that any listed agent is lawful, safe, or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction or context.
